Ms. Doumas is cofounder of Vantage Advisory Group, and subject matter expert in all areas of the aging process and senior care. She has 25+ years experience in the senior living field, most spent as an Executive Director managing communities that comprise the full spectrum of independent, assisted, and dementia care services. Her expertise includes field operations management, program development, and training and leadership development from Sunrise Senior Living. Since the inception of Sunrise, she played a key role in creating the organization’s operational policies and procedures, and pioneering programs such as specialized activities for assisted living and memory care residents. She has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams of senior care providers, health care professionals, and ancillary service providers including home health, physical therapy and hospice.
Ms. Doumas is a veteran of day-to-day facility operations, including sales and marketing, facilities management and resident care, dining services, nursing/wellness, activities and volunteer programs. She is a Certified Trainer and expert at leadership and organizational development, group facilitation, and training design and implementation. Ms. Doumas’ proficiencies also include social engineering and interior design of senior living facilities. She has designed and implemented effective sales and marketing strategies for multiple senior living projects including independent, assisted living, and memory care. Ms. Doumas is a licensed Assisted Living Administrator in the Commonwealth of Virginia, earned her Bachelor of Science in Gerontology from the University of Texas, and Master of Science in Organization Development / Knowledge Management from George Mason University.

Mr. Lundin is cofounder of Vantage Advisory Group with more than 25 years in the healthcare industry. He has a broad range of experience in development and operations management, serving as facility administrator and regional director of operations Sunrise Senior Living, Marriott Senior Living, Alterra Healthcare and Hospital Corporation of America. A variety of product types spanning the full continuum within the long term and acute care industries have provided Mr. Lundin with a unique blend of experience. Areas of particular expertise include senior living program development, community operations, new community start-ups, market pricing strategies and liaison for operations / design / construction / finance partners during new community development. He has worked with the Gallup organization to design and implement customer service programs. He has also partnered with University Medical Centers to develop and integrate clinical best practices and QA systems into the senior living operations environment.
Prior to working in senior living, Mr. Lundin served as a hospital administrator in the acute care industry. He earned a Master of Health Services Administration degree from The George Washington University, which included a residency at a nationally recognized tertiary care medical center in Washington, DC. Mr. Lundin is a licensed nursing home administrator and a board certified healthcare executive with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
