Property Quality Assurance Surveys
Utilizing our partner centric, collaborative approach, the Vantage team of experts develops an inspection tool specifically designed for our clients that surveys for compliance in all key senior living operational and regulatory compliance areas. This custom survey tool is then used to perform on-site inspections designed to meet client-specific senior living project needs.
The results of the survey are provided in a report format detailing quality performance metrics; opportunities for improvement, and recommendations for performance improvement plan development. In addition, the inspection can also serve as a training experience for the client’s leadership team, who are actively involved in the periodic and day-to-day inspection process and given immediate direction and instruction on any noncompliance issues that are discovered. If further training is needed, the Vantage Advisory Group offers extensive training services to support the senior living team’s training needs and ongoing program development
To insure ongoing quality assurance, the Vantage team recommends quarterly on-site inspections. However, a program can also be developed so that surveys are performed at recurring intervals designed to meet client-specific needs.
